The Nabaki Afrika sales team in Dar es Salaam and selected Mtaalam’s (installation experts) received training on our exclusive gutter range last week. Nabaki Afrika are FlowPlumbs exclusive distributor for Tanzania and are known for quality building materials. Steve Lewis from FlowPlumb and Hunter Plastics export manager Doug Rose flew out to Nabaki’s Sam Nujoma Road HQ to conduct the training and were impressed with the level of knowledge and eagerness to learn from the team.
Doug comments “Training at Nabaki head office was excellent, with several good interactive sessions done”. The Training covered both product training on the features and benefits of the systems, basic roof calculations to select the correct gutter for each roof and installation. “This part of the training had good participant interaction with both the product and with the course deliverers” picks up Doug, “and there was a good understanding of the product already”
Following each session, practical training took place in the Nabaki show room, which also generated interest in the product from passing customers eager to see the latest additions to the Nabaki range. Each training session finished with a water test, which allowed everyone to get an idea of capacity, and to reinforce the features highlighted during the product training such as the gutter ribs and directional fins.
Training then continued at Nabaki’s Arusha branch with sales professionals more Mtaalam’s.
