This special coating is applied using advanced technology and every water heater built is double checked using laser and photo-optic technology.
The element too is Blue Forever silicon coated and dramatically reduces limescale deposits, making it more efficient and longer lasting, as shown below:
The tradition copper element on the left of this image has no resistance to scaling and soon becomes coated in limescale. The heat then struggles to get through this limescale, reducing the temperature of your hot water and the efficiency of the water heater. In contrast, the FlowPlumb Blue Forever element on the right resists limescale and continues working at high efficiency levels.
