IPS PPR Fusion system from FlowPlumb™ is made from Type III polypropylene co-polymer that is manufactured to tough European standards. This makes for an incredibly tough material, that is ideal for molecular fusion unions.
IPS pipes are heat treated at the molecular level using our precision welding tool and then bonded to our fittings. When this bond cools, an unbeatable seal is created that protects against leaks and is guaranteed to outlast generic sealant-based systems and even other PPR products.
Molecular joints are simple to create with our easy to use welding tool, allowing the fusion piping system to be efficiently installed, even in large scale hotel and residential buildings. (an installation guide can be downloaded here)
