Setraco chose IPS throughout their project in Abuja, Nigeria, selecting 3” PPH for their pumping station (above). IPS was chosen because our exclusive Distributor in Nigeria holds readily available stock of all parts in all sizes and offered installation training to ensure a good fit.
While in other parts of the project IPS PPR+ was used extensively, for the pumping station PPH was used due to the wear and tear on the plant machinery. Being able to quickly and easily unscrew the machinery to replace it meant IPS PPH was the perfect choice. An overriding factor of selecting IPS PPH was the performance characteristics of the system. With a high resistance to chemicals and the smooth bore interior, the pipework would remain maintenance free and long lasting.
