1. Is all cable protection the same? No. There is high quality cable protection ranging from Rigiduct, through Suretwin to lower quality General Purpose duct. 2. Would you recommend general purpose duct? Depending on the installation, general purpose ducting can be a cost effective solution, however general purpose ducting does not have any specification, so for more critical applications a higher quality system should be used. 3. The spec says PVC cable protection, can I use Twinwall? Most probably, PVC tends to be used as a generic term for plastic, there are high quality PVC cable protection, most Twinwall cable protection, including Rigiduct and Suretwin are on a par with the higher specification PVC cable protection. 4. Do you make a full range of colours? Yes, please refer to the following pages. 5. What are the common sizes for access boxes? 290mm x 275mm, 300mm x 450mm, 450mm x 450mm, 450mm x 600mm,600mm x 600mm, 290mm x 275mm and 450mm x 450mm pole boxes. All in single, double or triple height units. 6. Do you supply covers and frames to suit? Yes, composite and non locking, galvanised steel and ductile iron. 7. Can I install cable protection in a road? Yes, provided there is suitable cover or adequate protection is given to the cable protection. 8. Are there any installation details for access boxes? Yes, please refer to the following pages. 9. Is there any other manufacturer who makes both cable protection systems, access boxes, or who has a product range as extensive? No.
